Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation for a global manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP TM, shipping and transportation processes, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP TM workstream activities, including requirement gathering and solution design.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate SAP Best Practice discussions.
• Prepare and deliver system demonstrations and workshop presentations.
• Configure and document SAP TM solutions based on business requirements.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and key decision documents.
• Support test planning, change management, reporting, and security requirements.
• Implement Freight Units, Freight Orders, and Advanced Transportation capabilities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP TM with ShipERP, EWM, GTS, Dangerous Goods, carrier systems, and external 3PL warehouse solutions.
• Configure route determination and transportation planning processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM/STM) experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Expertise in Freight Units and Freight Orders.
• SAP TM configuration and business process design.
• Integration with ShipERP, EWM, GTS, and external warehouse (3PL) systems.
• Carrier integration and Route Determination.
• Functional specification writing and documentation.
• Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Test planning, reporting, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
• Experience implementing SAP Best Practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA TM implementations for enterprise clients.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
