Description We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and optimizing customer engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and tech-savvy, with a passion for leveraging digital tools to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns for lad nurturing and customer retention.
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives across web, blog, and social media.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate actionable reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage social media presence and develop content calendars.
- Integrate CRM tools with digital marketing channels for seamless customer journeys.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites; apply HTML/CSS as needed.
Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, Looker Studio, Tableau
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
- 5+ years of CRM marketing and automation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS.
- Bonus: Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
