We are seeking an experienced React Lead with .NET expertise to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using React.js (with TypeScript, ES6, Redux/MobX) on the front end, and .NET Core / C# on the backend, with deep knowledge of APIs, SQL Server, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).

As a technical leader, you will mentor developers, enforce best practices, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using React.js (hooks, state management, SPA) and .NET Core (Web APIs, REST services, Entity Framework).

  • Build reusable components, enforce coding standards, and ensure performance optimization in React applications.

  • Architect and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core.

  • Oversee integration of SQL Server databases, write optimized queries, stored procedures, and design data models.

  • Guide the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker) for continuous integration and deployment.

  • Ensure secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, JWT/OAuth2, and API security.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive and accessible (508 compliant) designs.

  • Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
