Job Description

We are seeking a Automation Engineer (Forward Deployed )t o join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, SQL, API development, and AI-enabled automation and a proven ability to design, deploy, and operate trusted, auditable production workflows that solve Finance use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production release for AI-enabled Finance automations.


• Translate Finance requirements into technical architectures grounded in the internal technology stack.


• Embed governance, guardrails, human-in-the-loop logic, and documentation to meet audit and control needs.


• Build reliable data pipelines and integrations that power stable automation.


• Partner with architects and Finance stakeholders to design, debug, and iterate solutions in production.


• Document decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure auditability and maintainability.


• Participate in on-call rotation during month-end and quarter-end close, including after-hours and weekend support per plan.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and API development.


• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation frameworks.


• Facility with modern AI tools such as agentic frameworks, AI workflow builders, and coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or similar).


• Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns for reliable data movement.


• Understanding of enterprise controls, compliance, and audit requirements.


• Ability to engage non-engineering Finance stakeholders and convert needs into technical solutions.


• Proven delivery of production systems with clear impact and adoption.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant.


• Domain experience in Finance, Audit, or regulated industries.


• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technology stacks.
