Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification/proficiency — REQUIRED
5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience — REQUIRED
Strong Patient Access experience

Must be comfortable performing hands-on build, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical/application teams and end users
Candidates should be experienced enough to operate independently in a fast-paced Epic maintenance environment
