Director of Enterprise Applications Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing (17337)

Baer is looking for Director of Enterprise Applications Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing for a 6+ month project located in Tampa, FL.
Title: Director of Enterprise Applications Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing
Location: Hybrid Tampa, FL (on-site 4 days per week)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Responsibilities:

• Define and execute multi-year application strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives
• Serve as trusted technology advisor to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement leadership
• Lead and develop high-performing application and architecture teams
• Own lifecycle and performance of core platforms (APS, Demand/Supply Planning, MES, PLM, Sourcing, P2P)
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions integrated across ERP and downstream systems
• Oversee delivery of enhancements and major transformation programs with strong governance
• Drive standardization, best practices, and justified regional/plant flexibility
• Enable digital capabilities (automation, analytics, AI-enabled planning)
• Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and cost optimization

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise applications with focus on planning, sourcing, and manufacturing
• 5+ years leading teams and large, cross-functional programs
• Deep understanding of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with platforms such as SAP (PP, MM, APO/IBP, S/4HANA), Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting manufacturing plants, OT integrations, or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Background in large ERP or supply chain transformation programs
• Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification a plus
• Bachelor s Degree
