Senior AWS Data Engineer

Required Skill Set

* Strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue

* Expertise in SQL and advanced query optimization

* Extensive experience designing and implementing ETL/Data Pipelines

* Experience building scalable cloud-based data platforms on AWS

* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling

* Experience with performance tuning, data migration, and data integration

* Ability to work with large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets

* Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production pipelines

* Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data engineering

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ETL pipelines on AWS

* Build scalable data solutions using Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and SQL

* Optimize data warehouse performance and query efficiency

* Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams for data integration initiatives

* Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability across platforms

* Support modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

* Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior team members

Preferred

* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse domain

* Exposure to Snowflake, Python, Airflow, or Spark is a plus

* AWS Certifications preferred
