Primary Location: Remote Columbus Ohio

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Architect for our premier client
Remote Columbus Ohio



Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information systems or related discipline or equivalent and extensive related project experience; Masters pref
  • Five years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years AI Conversational Agents implementation experience using Microsoft and google ecosystems and at least one year Power Platform experience.
  • Five years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years AI Conversational Agents implementation experience using Microsoft and google ecosystems Required 5 Years

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to integrate chatbots with various Microsoft services (such as Office 365, SharePoint) and third-party APIs to enhance functionality.
  • Ability to develop AI Conversation agents using Google tools such as CX Agent Studio, Google Conversational Agents, Google Dialogflow CX, and(/or) Google CCAI Services.
  • Experience in creating Enterprise Looker Dashboards for monitoring performance of implemented AI Agents
  • Application development

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning fundamentals
  • Natural language processing (NLP) and large language model (LLM) integration is required.
  • Deep understanding of API design principles and specific constraints of AI service interfaces.Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python. Experience in developing, testing, and deploying chatbot applications.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing applications that interact with web services, APIs, and other software applications.
  • Designing the overall structure of Agentic AI solutions, including determining necessary features, user flow, API development and integration with other systems. Requires understanding of API design principles and specific constraints of AI service interfaces.
  • Implementing and tuning Natural Language Processing techniques to improve AI assistants understanding and response accuracy.
