The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates has partnered with a premier organization in Charlotte, NC to identify a talented Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst specializing in Field Service operations. Managing this critical talent search on behalf of our client partner, StaffRight Associates is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational leaders. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity operating on a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC, requiring direct W2 employment through StaffRight Associates (no corp-to-corp or subcontracting arrangements will be considered). In this role, you will elevate enterprise application delivery and optimize core operational workflows.
What You’ll Do
Synthesize complex operational requirements into clear, actionable system specifications for enterprise platforms.
Champion collaboration across product owners, architects, and engineering teams to capture comprehensive user stories and document end-to-end business methodologies.
Architect functional solutions alongside architectural leaders to ensure system capabilities match overarching corporate milestones.
Drive quality assurance by creating exhaustive functional validation scripts, managing integration testing, and overseeing user acceptance cycles.
Facilitate seamless system deployments, data migration initiatives, and application upgrades.
Maximize system efficiency and data integrity by proactively analyzing performance metrics and user critiques to formulate continuous upgrades.
Cultivate unified alignment and consensus among diverse, cross-functional organizational stakeholders.
Preserve precise documentation catalogs, encompassing testing scripts, system requirements, and internal knowledge repositories to safeguard ongoing application stability.
What You Bring
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (3+ years of practical application, with a strong focus on Field Service and Field Service Mobile environments).
Functional Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Technical Analysis (3 to 5 years of experience driving enterprise-scale software solutions).
Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira project tracking methodologies.
Agile Frameworks and requirements gathering techniques (proven success developing User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and comprehensive Functional Specifications).
CRM Architecture, data mapping, system integrations, and modern Enterprise Application Delivery standards.
Advanced troubleshooting capabilities paired with top-tier written and verbal communication competencies for engaging both technical and non-technical business partners.
Elite time management and organizational aptitude to independently guide concurrent workstreams.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Hourly Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour (W2).
