Account Growth Manager – Healthcare Analytics & AI Consulting
Location : Boston, MA or Nashville, TN
On-site (4–5 days per week at client offices) Travel
Monthly travel across U.S. client locations as required

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive strategic account growth within a major Healthcare client portfolio. This role requires a blend of client relationship management, AI/GenAI consulting, business development, and commercial leadership.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Analytics Consulting Services, including BI, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud Technologies, and Healthcare domain expertise. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to Director and VP-level stakeholders while collaborating closely with globally distributed consulting and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
Drive account expansion and revenue growth within assigned Healthcare accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Director and VP-level stakeholders.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
Analyze client operating models, value chains, and organizational changes to identify growth opportunities.
Track impact of previously delivered solutions and uncover new opportunities for business value creation.
Represent Fractal's complete portfolio of AI, Analytics, Engineering, and Design capabilities.
2. AI / GenAI Demand Generation & Solution Development
AI & GenAI Use Case Development
Identify opportunities for AI and GenAI adoption across client organizations.
Develop compelling business cases and value propositions.
Leverage insights from analytics dashboards, POCs, industry trends, and market research.
Proposal Development & Solutioning
Develop client proposals and solution strategies.
Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and capability teams to design AI-driven solutions.
Work closely with AI research and innovation teams to advance client transformation roadmaps.
Position services, accelerators, and products that align with client business objectives.
Commercial Structuring
Develop innovative commercial models including:
Outcome-based pricing
Subscription-based models
Value-based engagement structures
Collaborate with Finance and Capability Leaders on pricing strategy.
Influence procurement and executive stakeholders through business value discussions.
3. Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
Partner with consulting and delivery teams across India and global locations.
Ensure successful execution of pilots, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
Drive conversion of pilot initiatives into long-term subscription-based engagements.
Facilitate effective communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
