Position is hybrid - estimated 80% onsite and 20% remote

The Arizona Department of Health Services is looking for an experienced software developer with the following skillset:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer in the Microsoft .Net platform ASP.NET applications and APIs utilizing C#, ASP.NET, MVC
Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL and proven experience in database development utilizing Oracle and SQL Server.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, and multiple development platforms
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience working in a cloud-based environment
Experience with development tools and concepts such as Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, IIS, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap
Methods to implement/increase application security
UI/UX requirements and compliance with the ADA
Effectively translating user requirements into business, functional and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity
Developing and writing technical documentation
Strong customer service, problem solving abilities and written and oral communication skills
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
