Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Android applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin, modern Android architecture, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of Android development experience

• Strong expertise in Kotlin (Coroutines, DI – Hilt/Koin, modularization)

• Hands-on with Jetpack (Compose + Architecture Components)

• Strong knowledge of MVVM/MVI and SOLID principles

• Experience with secure authentication (Biometric, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Autofill)

• CI/CD expertise: Jenkins, GitHub Actions

• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Espresso

• Experience with REST APIs and Git

Preferred Skills

• iOS development (Swift/Objective-C)

• Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

• Experience with AI/ML or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot)

• Exposure to cross-platform mobile development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Android application architecture and development

• Implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code

• Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose and modern Android practices

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features
