Overview
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will drive Agile delivery for Salesforce capabilities supporting alignment across
three organizations. You will build a delivery community across Product, Business, Salesforce
Administration/Development, QA, and Security—running Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, improving
delivery predictability and coordinating releases across stakeholders. Salesforce Administration experience is a
strong plus.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across Salesforce delivery teams: sprint planning, daily standups, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria and Definitions of Ready/Done.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, sprint predictability); drive continuous improvement with data.
• Remove impediments and coordinate across teams and functions (business, Salesforce Admin/Dev, QA, security, data/integrations, and change management).
• Ensure user stories include acceptance criteria, test approach, and early identification of dependencies (integration touchpoints, data needs, access/security reviews).
• Support operational excellence: triage production issues, coordinate incident response, manage prioritization of defects vs. features, and improve support workflows.
• Support release execution: UAT readiness, sandbox/environment planning, deployment/change coordination, release notes, and post-release validation/follow-up.
Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (or Agile Delivery Lead) on software/product teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting Salesforce delivery (partnering directly with Salesforce Admins/Developers and understanding Salesforce release/deployment concepts).
• Strong facilitation skills: you run meetings that produce decisions, accountability, and momentum.
• Strong written communication (clear status, crisp risks, actionable next steps).
• Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira and/or Azure DevOps, Confluence) and using dashboards to keep stakeholders aligned.
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM I) or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce Administration experience (hands-on): understanding of objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, record types, permission sets, queues, sharing model, and reports/dashboards.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
