We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with strong SharePoint experience to support a high-impact enterprise initiative for one of our clients in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans
✔ Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption activities
✔ Create and maintain SharePoint sites, documentation repositories, and collaboration portals
✔ Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption programs
✔ Partner with business and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation
✔ Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback
Required Skills:
✅ Proven experience as an OCM Analyst or Change Management Consultant
✅ Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration, content management, and collaboration tools
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
✅ Experience creating training materials, communication plans, and user guides
✅ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
✅ Experience supporting enterprise transformation, migration, or technology implementation projects is highly preferred
