We are looking for Operator II for our client in Plymouth, MN

Job Title: Operator II

Job Location: Plymouth, MN

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

Medical device assembly experience 2+ years (catheter or small component assembly preferred).
Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and SOPs.
Quality inspection and attention to detail.
Basic documentation and compliance (GDP/GMP environment).
Microscope use: Yes role requires frequent use of a microscope for assembly and inspection.
Team lift required: No lifts are minimal; standard materials handling is typically under individual lift limits.
Standing vs. sitting ratio: Primarily sitting (approximately 70 80% sitting, 20 30% standing depending on task rotation).
These positions require a 7th grade reading and comprehension level.

Responsibilities:

Assembles medical devices and related components.
Depending on work area, it may be a controlled cleanroom environment.
May include use of microscopes, use of hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operating various equipment.
Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures.
Work is closely and continually reviewed.
Performs visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
Performs tests on units using computerized test equipment.
Repairs and corrects devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
Packages devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.

Qualification And Education:

High school diploma required.
