Role - Senior Workday Developer
Location - remote

Workday Development
Develop, configure, and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
Design and build scalable Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
Develop custom solutions using Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
Integration Development
Design and implement:
Workday Studio Integrations
Core Connectors
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
PECI/PICOF Integrations
Cloud Connect Integrations
REST/SOAP API Integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Optimize existing integrations for performance, stability, and scalability.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
Build Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Calculated Fields.
Support business reporting and data analytics requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance.
Security Administration
Configure and maintain role-based security models.
Implement and support domain security policies.
Perform security audits and access reviews.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and project teams.
Participate in solution design workshops and technical architecture discussions.
Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
Support estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
Production Support & Optimization
Analyze incidents and provide timely resolutions.
Support Workday upgrades and feature adoption initiatives.
Monitor integration performance and implement improvements.
Drive continuous process and system optimization efforts.
Other Requirements
1.Workday Studio and EIB certifications are preferred.
