Key Responsibilities:

Must be on site 3 days a week in Philadelphia.

Portfolio & Opportunity Management
- Lead early-stage opportunity intake and assessment, including Initial Project Assessments (IPAs).
- Manage opportunity and demand data within enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity).
- Coordinate development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for select initiatives, partnering with business and delivery stakeholders.
- Maintain portfolio level views that provide visibility into initiatives, demand, and capacity.
Financial & Resourcing Stewardship
- Coordinate PM and Business Analyst resourcing requests in partnership with Enterprise PMO.
- Perform portfolio level financial analysis, including forecasting, spend tracking, and funding scenarios.
- Support annual planning, midyear cost reviews, and end of year financial activities.
- Provide financial insights to inform prioritization, tradeoffs, and change control decisions.
