What does a great Implementation Analyst, Senior do?

• Conducts system evaluations for institution s current system to determine if the appropriate bank products are represented as well as client workflow, setup requirements, etc.
• Provides data analysis and mapping from other eBanking systems to Bank applications for new business to Bank as well as migration projects to our bank service bureau environment
• Provides product installations for all applicable electronic banking products for new business as well as migration projects to our bank service bureau environment. Involves walking clients through setup and procedures and may include conducting client presentations.
• Training new clients on product features and provides ongoing training as needed for existing clients.
• Develops test plans to assure that the client's installations/conversions work properly with product features and that new features for the institution work as expected.
• Propose products to Clients that would enhance Clients' productivity.
• Provide advice or analysis that may influence the client with the allocation of their resources throughout and after the project.
• Provides technical telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product. Handle client calls and issues involving moderate to medium complex technical issues.
• Implements the more complex projects.

• Mentors junior and mid-level implementations analysts as needed.
• Participates in project assignments and scheduling.
• Evening and weekend work as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma is required
• 3 5 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in business, finance or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted
• Financial Industry experience is advantageous
• Previous Bank core or online banking experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment.
• Supervisory and/or project management experience a plus
• AAP is a Plus
