Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – ServiceNow to provide technical leadership across complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and proven expertise delivering solutions across multiple modules, including Core, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Source-to-Pay Operations, and GRC. This role requires strong technical acumen, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering closely with business and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow projects, guiding solution design, development, and implementation.
· Own technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
· Lead hands-on development and configuration across:
o ServiceNow Core Platform
o Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
o Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
o Field Service Management (FSM)
o Source-to-Pay Operations
o Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
· Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
· Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
· Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
· Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
· Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and junior engineers.
· Support UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
· Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands-on technical leadership on enterprise-scale projects.
· Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including Core, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source-to-Pay, and GRC.
· Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and security model.
· Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
· Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
· ServiceNow certifications such as:
o Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for relevant modules
· Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
· Prior experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.
