Contract Position  
 SAP Implementation & Support

• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Quality Management (QM) module.

• Design, configure, customize, and test SAP QM solutions based on business requirements.

• Provide consulting services for both new implementations and enhancement/support projects.

• Handle high-priority production issues, including emergency transports and system corrections.

• Support pre and post go-live activities to ensure seamless system transitions.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Conduct workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Perform detailed gap analysis and propose effective system solutions.

• Map client business processes and develop functional specifications.

• Design end-to-end (E2E) business process flows.

• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and related documentation.
  
  Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
