Senior Project Manager CMC

• Senior Project Manager – MSAT / Tech Transfer (Pharma/Medical Device)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry to lead MSAT and technology transfer projects from initiation through approval. This role will support projects starting from RFP and vendor selection through tech transfer execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment are effectively managed.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and external partners in a matrixed environment. Responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, documentation, dashboard reporting, and driving execution with a strong focus on compliance and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience in Pharma/Medical Device
• Strong MSAT and tech transfer expertise
• Familiarity with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneNote (or similar tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or Business (PMP preferred)
