Role Description:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Snowflake-based solutions and frameworks.
Design and build reusable frameworks and components within the Snowflake environment to support enterprise data engineering and analytics needs.
Develop internal utilities and accelerators using Snowflake-native capabilities to improve development efficiency and standardize data processes.
Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for Snowflake development and implementation.
Work with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead the development of proof-of-concept solutions and convert successful concepts into reusable enterprise frameworks.
Optimize Snowflake solutions for performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Identify opportunities to automate existing data processes and develop reusable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure Snowflake solutions follow established enterprise architecture, security, governance, and development standards.
