Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trainer/Content Developer to support training implementation for a large system transformation project. The role involves analyzing system functionality, developing instructor-led and eLearning training materials, and delivering training sessions to staff managing social services programs. The candidate will collaborate with training leads, subject matter experts, and technical teams to design, update, and maintain effective training content and course materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials for adult learners (classroom and eLearning).
Create and maintain course content, templates, and training scripts.
Deliver training sessions in classroom, virtual, and webinar formats.
Develop interactive training content using simulations and multimedia.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of training materials.
Evaluate learner progress and improve training curriculum.
Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, facilities, and student registration.
Work with SMEs and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective training delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
Curriculum design and instructional design for adult learning.
Experience developing computer-based training and eLearning programs.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and web technologies (HTML/XML).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with training tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or Visio.
Ability to develop interactive and engaging learning content.
Experience delivering in-person and virtual training sessions.
Experience evaluating training effectiveness and improving learning programs.
Experience coordinating training logistics and classroom preparation.
Experience with case management systems.
