Summary

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) – Local Candidates Only
Duration: Contract / W2 OR 1099

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong front-end expertise (70% Angular, 30% Java) to lead development of scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will drive UI architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of Angular-based front-end applications
  • Contribute to backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Angular (v10+)
  • Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Agile methodologies
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
