responsibilities:
- What is the purpose of this team?
- What is driving this need? (ex. Backfill for FTE or CW, new project, business growth)
- Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.
- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? -This team of 4 will be used to staff the 21022 - Payment Integrity Bot Automation (2%) project which is a total of 3850 hours.
-New Project
-Will be lead by DP Sharma my Dev lead who will oversee the 4 team members on the project. Also GG who is the QA lead.
-This request is to fulfil the needs of this project, but based on the work done by these 4 team members the project may go over or more projects may come in where their skills are needed prior to the project end date.
Typical Day in the Role
- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).
- What are the performance expectations/metrics?
- What makes this role unique? - Attend and actively participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-Up meetings
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement/Grooming
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Provide status updates on assigned work items.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments.
-Expectations: Own quality throughout the Sprint, Develop and Execute Comprehensive Test Coverage, Support Production Readiness and Deployments, Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis
