Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a high-profile, enterprise-wide credentialing system replacement initiative. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of a new credential management platform across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting large-scale enterprise software implementations, facilitating business process transformation, documenting complex requirements, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives within a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document current-state business processes, workflows, system integrations, and data flows.
- Lead future-state process design for complex cross-functional and enterprise-wide business operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops with business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and actionable project deliverables.
- Define and document integration requirements between the credential management platform and enterprise systems, including Epic and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Partner with technical architects, developers, business leaders, and third-party vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential impacts across enterprise systems and business processes while recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support solution design, implementation planning, testing activities, and deployment readiness.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and business process analysis for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows and business processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or healthcare IT initiatives.
- Experience with Epic implementations or integrations.
- Knowledge of credentialing, provider lifecycle management, or credential management systems.
- Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
