Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross functional programs across Workday (HCM/Payroll/Time) and ServiceNow (HRSD/ITSM/Integrations). You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle-charter, planning, execution, release/cutover, hypercare-coordinating HR, IT, Payroll, Security, and field operations. The ideal candidate has hands on experience driving Workday and ServiceNow initiatives at enterprise scale, excels at stakeholder management, and brings disciplined execution with a strong focus on business value, employee experience, and risk/compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
Own project charter, scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and governance for concurrent Workday & ServiceNow initiatives.
Build and manage integrated plans covering requirements, design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare.
Lead daily standups, Scrum of Scrums or Kanban ceremonies; track dependencies, blockers, and critical path.
Stakeholder & Communication
Facilitate workshops, executive steering updates, demos, and decision forums; maintain RAID logs and ADRs.
Align HR, Payroll, IT, InfoSec, and field operations on priorities, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes.
Create and distribute status reports, dashboards, and C level readouts (value, risks, and mitigations).
Workday (HCM/Payroll) Focus
Manage projects for core HCM, Comp/Benefits, Time & Absence, Payroll, and Talent workstreams.
Coordinate bi annual/quarterly releases, regression cycles, and configuration migration with proper controls.
Oversee integrations (e.g., payroll providers, identity, finance), data conversion, and parallel payrolls during transitions.
ServiceNow (HRSD/ITSM) Focus
Deliver HRSD capabilities across Case & Knowledge, Employee Center/EC Pro, Journeys/Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and Virtual Agent/AI Search.
Oversee SDLC, environments, ATF, release planning, and quality gates; ensure alignment to platform guardrails.
Coordinate integrations (Workday/UKG/SAP SF, Azure AD/Okta SSO, DocuSign/Adobe Sign, Payroll, document storage).
Risk, Compliance & Security
Enforce privacy-by-design for HR data (PII/PHI), audit readiness, SoD, and access controls.
Drive change management, cutover readiness, and controls for production moves (CAB).
Financials & Vendor Management
Track budget/burn, SOWs, change orders, and vendor deliverables; manage RFP/RFI as needed.
Negotiate timelines and outcomes; hold partners accountable to SLAs/OLAs.
Change Enablement & Adoption
Plan training, comms, and adoption KPIs (engagement, EC usage, case deflection, CSAT).
Ensure runbooks/SOPs, KT, and transition to steady state support.

Required Qualifications
8 12 years of total experience; 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS projects; 3+ years with Workday and ServiceNow programs.
Demonstrated end to end delivery of at least 2 3 Workday and 2 3 ServiceNow releases/projects at 10k+ employee scale.
Strong command of SDLC/Agile (Scrum/Kanban), release management, testing orchestration (SIT/UAT), and cutover.
Proven integration oversight (HCM SNOW, Identity/SSO, Payroll, e Sign, doc storage) and data migration governance.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor/SI coordination.
Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, Smartsheet/MS Project, Confluence/SharePoint, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
PMP and/or Scrum Master (PSM/CSM)-preferred.
Workday certifications (Platform/Reporting/Payroll/Time) - a plus.
ServiceNow CSA; CIS HR or CIS ITSM - a plus.
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
Experience in construction/homebuilding, field workforce HR, union/non union nuances, and multi state payroll.
