Role Summary  

·       We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support Clinical Trial Management System integration with other systems for a global Life Sciences organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical project management background, experience managing data-driven programs specificlly integrations, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences processes, regulatory requirements, and GxP compliance.

 

·       This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, engineering teams, and leadership to drive planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of the data strategy roadmap.

 

Primary skills

·       8+ years of Project Management experience, including 3+ years leading Data Integration programs.

·       2+ years of experience in managing Data Lake Sprints.

·       4+ years of strong experience in Building and Maintaining Project Plans.

·       4+ years of experience in mainitaining RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues and Dependencies) logs.

·       Providing Weekly Status Reporting to Leadership teams.

·       Experience in coordinating project execution across different teams involved.

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

·       Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations.

·       Knowledge of GxP regulations, validation processes, and regulated environments.

·       Strong risk management, communication, and leadership skills.

·       Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.

 

Job Description

·       Lead end-to-end project management for Data Strategy and Data Transformation initiatives.

·       Support integrations in Data Space - like Clinical Trial Management System with other systems.

·       Manage Data Lake Sprints.

·       Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocations.

·       Maintain RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues and Dependencies) logs with regular updates.

·       Provide weekly status reporting.

·       Coordinate execution across teams - cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Business Operations.

·       Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level status reporting.

·       Drive data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management initiatives.

·       Ensure project activities comply with Life Sciences regulatory requirements, including GxP standards where applicable.

·       Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

·       Manage communication across business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.

·       Support organizational change management and adoption of data strategy initiatives.

·       Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solution delivery.

 

Secondary Skills

·       Experience with Data Governance frameworks and tools.

·       Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·       Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Master Data Management (MDM), and Analytics platforms.

·       PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

·       Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards relevant to Life Sciences.

·       Experience working with globally distributed teams and vendors.
