Manager MDM (Data Analyst/Architect)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst/Architect to support a life sciences client s Master Data Management (MDM) program, primarily focused on enhancing and integrating data into Veeva Network MDM.

The role involves working with complex account-level data (DDD, 867, claims, etc.), improving data quality, supporting UAT, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across CRM and MDM initiatives.

Experience with Veeva Network MDM is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and define MDM requirements for new enhancements and integrations
Perform data profiling and analysis of large, complex datasets
Lead UAT testing for MDM enhancements and provide sign-off
Support data quality initiatives and ad hoc data requests
Work on HCP/HCO data and CRM-related projects
Develop analytical frameworks and structured data investigations
Create audit-ready technical documentation and executive-level reports

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in MDM / Data Governance / Data Quality
Strong experience in life sciences domain (HCP/HCO, CRM systems like Veeva CRM)
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Veeva Network preferred)
Strong data profiling, analysis, and interpretation skills
Experience in UAT and system validation/sign-off
Excellent communication and documentation skills
