Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows, and proven experience in Copado DevOps.
Experience in (FSC) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development
- Provide hands-on expertise in:
o Apex (advanced development)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Flows (complex automation & orchestration)
- Design and implement Copado-based CI/CD pipelines
- Define branching strategies, release governance, and quality gates
- Conduct DevOps assessments and recommend transformation roadmaps
- Drive environment strategy, deployment automation, and compliance
- Lead client workshops and executive presentations
- Mentor teams and enforce engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 8 10+ years in Salesforce with lead experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flows (mandatory)
- 2+ years of Copado DevOps experience
- Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and release management
- Proven experience in DevOps consulting and assessment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integrations
- Salesforce Certification in PD2 is required.

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Salesforce certifications (Architect track preferred)
- Exposure to SFDX, unlocked packages, and automated testing tools
