Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Incident Manager with ATTP expertise to lead incident management, support operations, and issue resolution across SAP landscapes, with a strong focus on Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP).

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP support, incident/problem management, and ATTP processes, ensuring minimal business disruption and effective resolution of critical issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle (logging, triage, prioritization, escalation, and closure) within SAP environments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP ATTP-related incidents and production support issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP Functional, Technical, Basis, and Integration teams) for issue resolution
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks/issues
  • Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI metrics and drive continuous improvement in incident handling
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain incident documentation, knowledge base, and reporting dashboards
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical serialization and track & trace
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Support / Incident Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals)
  • Experience with ITIL-based incident/problem management processes
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and compliance regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as ECC / S/4HANA
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ITIL Certification
    • Experience working in pharma/life sciences domain
    • Exposure to SAP GxP compliance environments
    • Knowledge of integration tools (IDoc, PI/PO, CPI)
