Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled professional to join our growing team as a Project Manager / Project Engineer. While prior project management experience is not required, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background as a technician, installer, or designer to advance into a project management role.

You will be supporting the design, execution, and oversight of complex fire alarm and suppression systems in mission-critical environments, including large-scale commercial projects, data centers, and hyperscale facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of fire alarm system installations and upgrades
Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams
Assist in project scheduling, material coordination, and documentation
Ensure safety and code compliance across all phases of the project
Act as liaison between field personnel, design teams, and management
Participate in on-site walk-throughs and commissioning as needed

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level I
Notifier Certification (current or verifiable within the past 2 years)
VESDA certification/training (current or verifiable within the past 2 years)
Proven experience in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
Familiarity with Bluebeam
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred

NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II
Experience with mission-critical facilities
Knowledge of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems (a plus)
