Position: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, reporting, and functional consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, good knowledge of Oracle Sales modules and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide functional knowledge and support for Oracle Sales modules and ICM.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop integrations and support data-related requirements as needed.
• Work with business users and stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP technical/techno-functional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Strong Oracle technical development and report development experience.
• Good functional knowledge of Oracle Sales modules.
• Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Strong database/SQL skills and experience working with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and data interfaces is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
• Experience working on both implementation and production support projects.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, functional, and business teams.
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
