Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices. \\n\\nWe are seeking a dynamic CSM Product Engineer to join the growing, goal driven Product Quality and Reliability team. In this role, you will drive IC component readiness for mass production. You'll analyze and tackle problems by identifying failure modes of affected material as it relates to analog and digital ICs. This Product engineer will support our Custom Silicon Management team and build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.

Imagine yourself at the center of our hardware development effort! We collaborate with all teams, playing a strategic role of getting functional products to millions of customers quickly. As a key member of the team responsible for the delivery of high-quality, on-time silicon, you will:\n-Lead efforts that develop, integrate, characterize, and test devices.\n-Work with external vendors to ensure innovative practices, methodologies and processes are in place to produce quality results.\n-Support multi-functional engineering teams for system validation and mass production approval. \n-This role involves approximately 20% travel.

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.\nExperience with ATE characterization and collected data from test programs.\nExperience analyzing Analog and digital IC evaluation reports.

Analog and digital IC high volume manufacturing experience.\nExperience running statistical data analysis.\nExperience working with high volume product yield management.\nAbility to define and direct design of experiments for root cause determination.\nExcellent interpersonal skills to work with internal team members and external suppliers.\nPrior product engineering experience for sophisticated system designs.
