JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specific Technical Skills Required
MDM Solutions
Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf for Mac, Workspace ONE).
Ability to configure, enroll, and push policies/apps to laptops and desktops.
End-User Device Management
Knowledge of Windows and macOS desktop environments.
Troubleshooting device compatibility and configuration issues.
Managing OS-level settings required for AI tools.
AI Tool Deployment
Understanding how AI assistants (Claude, Copilot) integrate with desktop environments.
Experience pushing out enterprise applications across user devices.
Configuration Management
Ability to script or automate deployment tasks (PowerShell, Bash).
Handling policy conflicts and ensuring compliance.
Networking & Security Basics
Ensuring endpoints meet security standards for AI tool usage.
Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and access control.
Experience with AI Tools
Not development, but familiarity with how AI assistants are installed, configured, and used in enterprise settings.
Ability to support end-users in adoption and troubleshooting.

This role is purely End-User Computing. The candidate does not need to build or code AI models. Instead, they need strong skills in:
MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
Windows/macOS device management.
Application deployment and configuration.
