Job Title: Frontend lead Architect (React & Cloud)

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Architect / Technical Lead with strong experience in designing scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in React and modern frontend technologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architectural decision-making, leading development teams, and building enterprise-grade applications. While familiarity with .NET is beneficial, the primary focus is on frontend architecture and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between React-based UI and .NET services.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Mentor and guide developers, acting as a technical leader for the team.
• Design solutions that meet security, performance, and cloud deployment standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to modern development standards and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Lead or Architect role (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Frontend Architect designing scalable applications.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Strong experience with code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring teams.
• Ability to collaborate with backend teams and understand API integrations.

Technical Skills:

Languages:

• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• SQL
• Python (for scripting/automation – good to have)
• C# (basic understanding preferred, not mandatory)

Technologies / Tools:

• React.js
• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Build)
• .NET Core / .NET 6+ (working knowledge preferred, not required)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in full-stack or microservices-based environments
• Exposure to backend frameworks, especially .NET ecosystem
• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications
