DevOps Engineer
Location: 4 days hybrid in Northwestern Arkansas
Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support our demand forecasting and MLOps teams. This role involves enhancing our data pipelines, which include feature creation, model training, and consumption. The position will contribute to the data pipeline, backend software engineering, DevOps, and quality components of our systems that integrate with upstream and downstream supply chain and replenishment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple engineering teams using tools such as GitHub Actions or Cloud Build.
- Manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure utilizing Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Administer GKE clusters, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Support MLOps pipeline needs, including model deployment workflows and container registry management.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling like Cloud Monitoring and Grafana.
- Drive reliability engineering practices, including defining SLOs, managing incident response, and creating runbooks.
- Manage secrets, IAM policies, and platform security configurations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
- Proficiency in Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Strong administration skills in Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, networking, and RBAC.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid scripting ability in Python, Bash, or a similar language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ML/AI workloads, including model serving infrastructure and GPU provisioning.
- Google Cloud Platform Professional DevOps Engineer or Cloud Architect certification.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD, Helm, or GitOps workflows.
- Experience in retail or with high-transaction-volume systems.
