Job Title:Global Program Director(Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud & CRM Transformation | Agentforce)
Location:Gaithersburg, MD( Hybrid role)

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Global Program Director to lead the enterprise-wide design, implementation, and scaling of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (and/or Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud) across our global commercial organization. This is a senior, highly visible leadership role at the intersection of enterprise CRM strategy, Agentic AI innovation, and commercial excellence in Life Sciences.
You will serve as the primary IT partner to global Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access leadership - translating complex business priorities into scalable Salesforce roadmaps and ensuring that AI-powered capabilities, data governance, and user adoption are embedded from day one. A deep command of Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and omnichannel orchestration is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
  • Own and drive the global Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud / CRM transformation roadmap, aligning with enterprise Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access priorities.
  • Define and communicate a compelling Agentforce strategy - including Agentic AI-powered workflows, HCP engagement automation, and real-time personalization via Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Build and present executive-level business cases (multi-million dollar program scale) and secure cross-functional sponsorship across IT, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Data teams.
  • Translate complex omnichannel, consent management, and commercial processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Agentforce & AI-Powered Capabilities
  • Lead design and deployment of Agentforce capabilities including autonomous agents, AI-driven HCP engagement, and digital channel orchestration for indications with limited sales-force coverage.
  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing Operations, and Analytics to deliver real-time personalization via CDP and AI-driven decisioning engines.
  • Pilot and scale GenAI / Agentic AI use cases across oncology, biopharma, and rare-disease portfolios.
  • Reduce MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) risk through reusable global content and governance architectures.
Data Governance & Compliance
  • Design and evangelize enterprise Consent & Preference Management frameworks as a foundational layer for AI strategy and compliant CRM data flows.
  • Embed robust governance, risk management, and privacy standards - GDPR, HIPAA-equivalent, and emerging AI regulation - into all CRM capabilities.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Data Architecture to maintain data integrity and audit readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
  • Operate as a trusted Business Relationship Manager for Commercial IT, engaging C-suite and senior global stakeholders with authority and credibility.
  • Lead end-to-end change management, enablement programs, and training curriculum for global commercial teams.
  • Drive user adoption acceleration across newly deployed Salesforce capabilities - measuring success with adoption KPIs and business impact metrics.
  • Champion persona-centered design and UX acceleration to ensure high-quality, intuitive experiences for field and digital users.
Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 15+ years in enterprise CRM program management, commercial IT, or Salesforce transformation roles, with direct Life Sciences / Biopharma experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, global Salesforce implementations (Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM) on time and on budget.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud CDP in a commercial or marketing context.
  • Experience designing and delivering Consent & Preference Management or Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities at enterprise scale.
  • Background in global program governance across multiple geographies and functional domains (Oncology, CVRM, Rare Disease, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen - ability to build, defend, and manage multi-million dollar program business cases.
Technical Skills

  • MuleSoft API integration
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration in CRM contexts, including GenAI content automation and Agentic AI deployment.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies (Scrum Master / PI Planning experience a plus).
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management - able to influence without authority across global matrixed organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen; able to translate business priorities into platform capabilities and vice versa.
  • Proven change management capability - designing and running global enablement programs that achieve measurable adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable operating in ambiguity and building programs from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience at a top-tier global biopharma, biotech, or Life Sciences technology company.
  • Experience supporting Oncology commercial teams and navigating MLR review processes.
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant (additional certifications welcomed).
  • PMP or equivalent program management credential.
  • Consulting background combined with Lifesciences experience.
  • Post-graduate business degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
