RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architect AI-driven Microsoft solutions: Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.
  • Lead AI and automation strategy: Define and drive the AI adoption roadmap across Microsoft business applications, identifying opportunities for Copilot integration and intelligent automation.
  • Solution Design & Integration: Architect end-to-end solutions connecting Dynamics 365, Azure Data Services, and Copilot Studio, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Copilot Development: Lead the creation and customization of Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio and AI Builder, integrating with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales, and Service modules.
  • Dragon Copilot Expertise: Utilize Dragon Copilot frameworks for building, training, and deploying domain-specific copilots, enabling contextual business intelligence and productivity improvements.
  • AI/ML and Data Engineering: Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into Microsoft business applications and data pipelines.
  • API & System Integration: Design reusable APIs and connectors between AI services, Microsoft applications, and third-party systems.
  • Cloud Architecture: Leverage Azure cloud capabilities (Data Factory, Synapse, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services) to create robust, AI-enabled data platforms.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish scalable, secure, and efficient processes for solution delivery — including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, communicating complex AI and Microsoft solution strategies clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Promote innovation and best practices across teams, mentoring engineers on AI integration, Copilot development, and Microsoft technology modernization. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft-based solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, SQL, and Microsoft Cloud architecture.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML integration using Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, or Copilot Studio.
  • Expertise in solution architecture involving data pipelines, cloud-native applications, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Exposure to Dragon Copilot or similar AI orchestration platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, API design, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, engineering teams, and leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks, generative AI concepts, and Microsoft Copilot customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Vector Database (e.g., Cosmos DB vector search / Azure AI Search vector indexes) for semantic retrieval and RAG.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform AI Specialist
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate
