About the Role
We are seeking a React Developer to join an innovative organization within the global food production and agricultural solutions industry. This role will support a forward-thinking “GenAI Discovery and Prototyping” team focused on exploring and developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.
In this position, you will act as a front-end developer responsible for translating generative AI prototypes into intuitive, user-facing applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, experimental environment and enjoys working at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world business solutions.
Job Description
The React Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing components that connect generative AI prototypes to engaging and functional user experiences. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including back-end developers, product stakeholders, and AI specialists—to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
This position requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React
- Integrate front-end components with back-end systems, including services built with C#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new software features
- Translate GenAI prototypes into production-ready user interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that aligns with industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the application stack
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards and share knowledge across the team
- Continuously improve application performance, usability, and functionality
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing front-end applications using React
- Strong working knowledge of C# and ability to integrate with back-end services
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
- Experience working with generative AI or prototyping advanced technology solutions
- Background in formulation or dietary applications within animal nutrition or a related field
- Familiarity with building user interfaces for complex data-driven applications
- Experience contributing to innovation-focused or R&D-driven engineering teams
