OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for Network/Systems Administrator 2 to support our client's contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position.
Responsibilities- Manage mobility tickets in Service Now, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team lead on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation
- Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and projects
- Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities
- Work closely with Govt managers collaborating, reporting all related activities
- Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues
- May perform other duties, as assigned
QualificationsBachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with Apple Devices
- Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, InTune)
- Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM)
- Familiar with VPN Technologies
Clearance Required: Must have an active CFTC Public Trust

Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
