The Opportunity: As a Project Superintendent, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is cru cia l when monitoring the lifecycle of a construction project. As an experienced Project Supervisor at Booz Allen, you can use your client e nga gement skills to impact projects that will create efficiency in onsite construction management. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that'll support our military.
On our team, you'll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. You'll oversee construction tasking to ensure work completion.
In this role, you'll closely impact government capabilities through construction management efforts. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You'll Work On: - Analyze current construction standards and recommend solutions for our defense clients.
- Collaborate with managers, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project needs.
- Set schedule driven goals, monitor project progress, and submit status reports.
- Plan construction processes, obtain construction permits from local authorities, and schedule inspections, which may include operating a manlift, ascending and descending ladders, and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
- Implement safety and quality guidelines to ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Track orders and procure materials.
- Resolve onsite issues and emergencies.

You Have: - 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, or Area Construction Project Manager in the state of California
- Experience ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule
- Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites in accordance with all current federal, state and local codes
- Knowledge of Micro sof t Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently interface with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret design documentation to build construction plans, plan construction processes, obtain construction permits from local authorities, and schedule inspections
- Ability to operate a manlift, ascend and descend ladders, and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- California Contractor's License and Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
