Job Requirements/Qualifications

6 or more years of experience in software engineering deploying scalable production-grade backend applications.

Proficiency in Python programming, LLM orchestration frameworks, and advanced agentic AI architectures.

Experience with designing multi-agent workflows leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Experience in full-stack development utilizing Angular, TypeScript, and .NET Core backend systems.

Experience with deploying and operating secure, scalable AI environments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience in building automated workflows and AI assistants for highly regulated industries such as legal technology.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to consult directly with C-level executives and translate technical concepts.
Job Responsibilities

Architect and deploy enterprise-scale generative AI applications and complex multi-agent system workflows.

Engineer highly scalable backend APIs and production microservices utilizing modern Python frameworks.

Build responsive frontend user interfaces and rapid prototypes utilizing Angular and TypeScript.

Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, and context management patterns.

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize cloud-native AI infrastructures to ensure continuous operational resilience.

Lead consultative, solution-oriented technical workshops and enablement sessions for diverse developer teams.

Partner directly with business stakeholders and executives to translate organizational requirements into technical solutions.
