Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power BI solutions (data modeling, DAX, visuals, deployment).
- Apply UI/UX and design thinking to build intuitive, high-impact dashboards and analytics experiences.
- Drive analytics requirements by partnering with business users and translating needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Define and implement BI adoption frameworks to help enterprise teams roll out and sustain reporting at scale.
- Work hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and governance-aligned BI architectures.
- Facilitate client-facing workshops, reviews, and roadmap discussions with strong communication and presence.
- Operate onsite model based Charlotte, collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
