Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the successful execution of the FaaST Program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. This role requires strong project leadership, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Role: Sr. Project Manager - SAP Finance Implementation- SAP S/4 HANA

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid Work)
Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP Finance implementation initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and vendor teams.
Facilitate project governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Drive requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, PMO, and IT leadership teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful business outcomes.
Support change management and user adoption activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
3+ years of experience managing SAP Finance implementation or transformation programs.
Strong understanding of SAP Finance modules, including:

SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
SAP CO (Controlling)
General Ledger
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Fixed Assets
Financial Reporting

Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs.
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience in Finance transformation initiatives.
Experience managing system integrators and third-party vendors.
Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain organizations.
