Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and business processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations.
