Senior Salesforce Developer

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

• Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator Certifications

Required Skills:
• Salesforce programmatic development (Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL) (7 Years)
• Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security & Permission Sets) (7 Years)
• Salesforce integration & web services (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API 2.0, Metadata API) (5 Years)
• Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management using Copado and Git (5 Years)
• Full lifecycle SDLC in an Agile environment (technical specs, unit testing, stakeholder collaboration) (7 Years)

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (7+ yrs exp) to build scalable Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations with Copado CI/CD release management. Under the direction of a supervisor, this position is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems. The candidate will work with program offices, gather and evaluate business requirements, build declarative and custom programmatic solutions, and ensure that systems meet technical specifications, performance standards, and security mandates.

Experience Requirements:
• (7)+ years of experience in full lifecycle application development (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment) with primary focus on Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise systems integration
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Security/Permission Sets). Advanced programmatic development experience using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
• Strong experience designing and consuming Salesforce Web Services (REST, SOAP), Bulk API, and Metadata API for system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using Copado and Git-based version control
• Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural options
• Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Ability to build and execute automated unit tests with high code coverage, supporting QA and regression testing cycles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders 
• Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
