Summary

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Architect
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 8 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 with proven implementation expertise.
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management domain.
  • Must have knowledge of Quotes, Order Entries, etc.
  • Good to have experience transitioning from Unified Service Desk (USD) to Omnichannel / modern agent experiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
  • Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
  • Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution designs.
  • Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front-office and mid-office systems.
  • Develop functional/design specifications for integrations affecting front, mid, and back-office systems.
  • Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on solution architecture experience in supply chain domains.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise application data flows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
