Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive UKG Consultant with strong expertise in Timekeeping and Attendance to support our workforce systems. This role is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of UKG systems and processes, particularly for time tracking, pay rules, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of ServiceNow, with experience in managing tickets, workflows, and basic integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain UKG Timekeeping and Attendance modules (UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central).
Analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
Design and support pay rules, shift schedules, accrual policies, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely timekeeping data.
Serve as a key point of contact for incident and service request tickets, using ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
Triage, manage, and resolve tickets related to timekeeping issues prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
Monitor ticket queues, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain accurate status and documentation for all requests.
Use ServiceNow to route issues, update knowledge articles, and track recurring problems.
Support testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes or enhancements.
Assist in training users or providing documentation related to timekeeping processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects, system upgrades, and ongoing platform improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UKG Dimensions or migrating from Workforce Central to Dimensions.
Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflows, approvals, and forms.
Exposure to system integration tools or middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or UKG connectors).
