Summary

  1. About the Role We are building a System Integrator (SI) vertical from the ground up and are looking for a senior leader who has personally built IT services revenue from zero. This is not a delivery-only role. This is a growth, sales, and business-building role. You will own the entire SI growth charter — acquiring clients, building pipeline, opening logos, creating partnerships, and scaling revenue. Delivery execution will be supported by a separate delivery leader. Key Responsibilities Business & Revenue Growth • Build the SI business from scratch (0 → meaningful revenue). • Acquire new US enterprise and mid-market clients. • Open new logos through direct selling, relationships, and partnerships. • Build a strong sales pipeline and convert it into revenue. • Own revenue targets and growth metrics. Go-To-Market & Sales Strategy • Define SI offerings (IT services, digital, cloud, data, application services, etc.). • Create GTM strategy for US clients. • Drive direct sales, partner sales, and referral-led growth. • Lead client pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Leadership & Team Building • Hire and build a small SI sales team as revenue grows. • Work closely with Delivery Head to ensure execution quality. • Set clear expectations, accountability, and growth milestones. • Report directly to the Founder/CEO.
     
  2. Partnerships & Alliances • Build relationships with technology partners, platform providers, and ecosystem players. • Leverage partnerships to accelerate pipeline and credibility. What We Are Looking For (Must-Have) • 12+ years experience in IT Services / System Integration. • Proven track record of building SI revenue from zero or near-zero. • Has personally closed deals and built client relationships. • Strong exposure to US clients (direct selling experience). • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch. • Hands-on, aggressive, and execution-focused. • Understands the difference between staffing and services (this is NOT staffing). Nice to Have • Experience scaling SI business to $5M–$20M+. • Existing client or partner relationships in the US. • Experience working with offshore delivery teams. • Prior experience in mid-sized IT services firms. What This Role Is NOT • Not a delivery-only role. • Not a pure people management role. • Not a maintenance role for existing accounts. • Not a staffing sales role.
